The Pacific Flying School offers Commercial Pilot Training for local and overseas students. The Pacific Flying School is an affiliate of Sun Air, with a fleet of three Cessna aircraft , a flight simulator and a staff of dedicated instructors.

Many of the pilots who gained their commercial license through the Pacific Flying School have progressed to larger aircraft, gaining positions with international carriers after experience in the domestic market.
Air Pacific preferentially employs local pilots, typically those who have completed training at the Pacific Flying School in Nadi and then gained experience and command flight hours on the small aircraft of domestic airlines, Sun Air and Air Fiji.
